Very Compact and well Maintained property Value for money and staff is extremely courteous and Polite. chirag Metro is next door and connections to rest of Delhi is awesome. Do not miss food at Hotel which tastes is home cooked

Not very good. The room had terrible noise from below (exhaust most likely) and despite complaining twice no resolution. Had bugs, rusted wardrobe with musty smell. Damp marks in walls. Food was decent. breakfast was not up to mark. Overall the property owner can improve on multiple fronts and make the stay more enjoyable for guests.

I was given a room on the 4th floor and the lift was not working. There was not WIFI connectivity in the room and even after mentioning it to the reception he has no positive solution. They has kept a Dental kit in the bathroom but it was empty. They have no room quality checking system in place.

Terrible stay, room was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches on bed. Bathroom taps were leaky. And there were some maintenance work going on so we couldn't rest even for a while. Not recommend able at all.

As usual I took MAP Plan for the stay and paid approx 2000 for extra meal , restaurant staff including reception people were of the form view that they are doing a great favour by serving dinner to the room . First day they served one soup and one starter and next day they flatly refused on same . they lacked courtesy and hospitality, I was only asking for one soup and one starter for the entire MAP plan , but they didn't agreed and lastly I had to order food from outside . I am a regular visitor to this hotel for the last 3-4 years and this is the time my experience was terrible .

We booked a deluxe room with double bed, but instead they gave us non-deluxe twin bed. Room was small and walls were full of dampness. It was really bad how they didn't care about my booking. After booking i called them 3 times on different occassions asking them about the room and providing them details on the checkin time. During these calls they didn't told me that my room was blocked and it's ready. But after reaching hotel i was told that the room which i booked was not available and thry gave it to someone else. Instead for us they gave some different room which was not booked by me.

I had booked a deluxe room with double bed. When I checked in they gave me a room with twin beds which was very bad for a family. Since mine was late checkin, I called the hotel 3 times to make sure that my room is not given to anyone else. Even after these multiple reminders they didn't inform me anything about chnge of rooms till I checked in around 1 AM. After calling the reception and reviewing the booking they acknowledged that it was their mistake. During the checkout again when I questioned them that why they did such thing, they didn't had any answer for that. I asked them to refund the cost difference because of the room but they refused to do it and offered complimentary Tea in return. Very unprofessional behavior from the hotel.
